Project blocked by lack of engagement from Maxime Vogel on interface requirements, but called for by him. Project to pull stock levels for a given storage location against the safety stock level. Challenges in getting ownership over who was updating safety stock thresholds against parts, should be logistics activity. External provider is available for this, but model not suited to Plastic Omnium SAP model. Business improvement through reduced cost identified as reason for custom development.
