APP848 - PP2 Paintline Application (Measham)

Takes inbound SCADA files on the Job and Jig in use, and references SQL Express database to determine SAP part numbers, description and colour for labels which are produced of a quantity matching the layout of the jig and split of components. Labels consequently used as initial scan on SQP declarations process. Custom solution required as Spie SCADA logic does not support interfaces necessary for the production of labels, and there was never engagement of whether this could be delivered within a reasonable cost base.
